Where, oh where, to begin. It’s happening.. theBabblinBrooke.com is finally live. Like everyone else in the world my life is so hectic, but I’m finally getting this thing going! I’ve decided to start a blog about my life, my experiences, my ideas and everything else that my mind conjures up in hopes that it will find you and provide a momentary escape. Whether it be a laugh, advice, tips or just a good read, my ultimate goal is just to bring something positive to everyone.
A little about me. My name is Brooke. I’m a 29 year old woman living in southern Illinois right outside of St. Louis, MO. I am an Occupational Therapy Assistant for a local school district where I get to work with kiddos everyday. It truly is my dream job. When I am not working I am keeping busy at home doing wife things and raising two littles. I have a daughter named Merrit who just turned 5 in January and just welcomed a little boy named Dash in November. Being a mommy is the hardest thing I have ever done and by far the most rewarding. I thought being a mama of one was hard, but adding another one is just chaos… but an exciting, scary and beautiful chaos. Two years ago I married my soul mate. His name is Kyle and he pushes me everyday to be the best version of myself. He also challenges my patience on the daily, but what man doesn’t.. am I right, or am I right? Life is crazy, but those three make it a little more sane.
